Roxanne took the time to teach us what we didn’t know about the process (i.e., everything), made time to view several homes with us, and even went door-knocking (in the cold depths of February no less) asking if people wanted to sell when we found the street that we wanted to live on. That doorknocking did lead to someone deciding to sell. Now we live in a beautiful home on the very street we had hoped for!
